Our advanced simulation methods enable us to design dampers which fulfill damper function and flywheel function at the same time.
A flywheel-integrated visco damper is usually installed instead of the flywheel and, when correctly designed, fulfills both the flywheel and the damper function. This patented concept is applied for larger installations or installations including a torsional isolation (flexible coupling).
